Cooking With the Seasons

There are five cooking classes each year, one for each of the five seasons - spring, summer, autumn and winter soup and a winter desert. The classes are always on a Saturday from 11 to 3 and cost $60. Please call us at 831-335-1560 for the dates and times.

This is an easy and fun class aimed at having the participants leave with:

1. a basic understanding of the energies of the seasons and what to do with it
2. the ability to cook the featured dishes or variations of them (handouts of the recipes)

Ingredients are organic and vegetarian.
